She is an enterprising Operation & Administrative Specialist with a client centric attitude and passion for all things Operational.  A highly dedicated office professional, with experience spanning over 30 years in the Client Care, Banking Services and Office Administration. Pivoting into the dynamic industry of Real Estate was a natural evolution and opportunity to further hone her skills. Earning her Real Estate License in 2023, shortly thereafter, joining EXIT Realty and The Jill Team, currently serving as Operations Specialist for EXIT Realty Defined in Franklinville, NJ.

Described by many as thoughtful, authentic and known to enjoy a challenge. A top contributor to the overall success of the organization whilst leading the operations front from behind the scenes. She is driven by a commitment to achieving established goals and a desire to anticipate the needs of others. She is an independent thinker, and decision maker. Adept at handling a variety of administrative matters, supporting Executives, Agents and Clients, alike.

A lifelong Jersey resident, born in Vineland New Jersey. Now happily situated in the Atlantic County Community. She is someone who enjoys simple pleasures like the scent of a gently salted sea breeze, good conversation, and a rich and creamy Cup of Joe!
