Jitka Pratt

I moved across the world when I was just a few weeks into being 20 years old. I grew up in a small village in the Czech Republic, surrounded by mountains and beautiful green nature. My plan was simple: come to the U.S. to learn English, improve my skills and then go back home But life had other plans - and 28 years later, here I am.

  I never imagined staying, but I found something truly special here. Living in the Smoky Mountains feels like home. The hospitality and kindness I have experienced, have made Tennessee the perfect place to build my life.

  I have always been a country girl, and I can even say "y'all" like a local!

  I have a beautiful family and one amazing (and very energetic) son, who sometimes makes me feel like I have five kids instead of just one.

  I love meeting new people, hearing their stories, and helping in any way I can. That's what drew me to real estate - it gives me the chance to be part of someone's journey, whether they're moving 30 miles away or across the country. I know what it feels like to live from a far. I've lived it myself. 

  That experience helps me connect with people who are starting a new chapter, whenever that may be.
