About Jennifer
Hi, I am Jennifer Spears. I live in Gulf Shores, AL with my 15-year-old daughter. I am originally from Northern Kentucky, but we have lived here over 10 years.
I started my career in the real estate industry in 1993 at Classic Title Agency, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio. During my time there I learned many skills in preparing settlement statements and resolving title issues, gaining valuable knowledge in ensuring smooth & secure real estate transactions. In 1998 I expanded my knowledge by learning how to conduct title abstracts in the county courthouses, offering comprehensive information on properties for purchasing or refinancing.
In 2000 I became a 50% owner in Northern Kentucky Abstract. This ownership opportunity allowed me to further deepen my knowledge and understanding of the intricacies of real estate.
In 2007 I decided to change directions and explore a new passion. I enrolled in cosmetology school & became a skilled stylist, bringing my creativity & attention to detail to my clients. I truly enjoyed making my clients days!!
2022 was a pivotal year for me & I decided to go back into real estate and pursue a career as a Real Estate Agent. In January of 2023, I registered for the Stanton Real Estate school & completed the course & passed the state exam! On May 2nd, 2023, I proudly joined EXIT Realty Gulf Shores. A reputable agency known for its commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. I look forward to working with clients in helping them navigate real estate with ease!
