With over 60 years of deep roots as a St. Petersburg native, Jeffrey “Jeff” Walton has had the privilege of watching this city and its surrounding communities grow and thrive. That lifetime of connection has given him both a wealth of knowledge about the area and a genuine care for the people who live here and those who dream of calling it home. Jeff and his wife, LaQuanda, have been married for more than 11 years, and together they are blessed with twelve adult children who inspire them daily to keep investing in the place they love.

Jeff’s professional journey has been shaped by more than 43 years of combined experience in law enforcement and security. For over 19 years, he has served as the founder and owner of a security firm dedicated to protecting people, businesses, and property. Alongside this work, he faithfully serves as an elder and minister at his church, where he is committed to guiding and uplifting others through faith and service.

In real estate, Jeff enjoys helping individuals and families who are seeking to buy or sell, whether it is finding the perfect home, investing in property, or taking the next step with a business. He especially values working with business owners preparing to sell as their vision grows or changes direction, as well as entrepreneurs ready to purchase and bring new energy into the community.

Beyond real estate, Jeff is a proud supporter of Lift Community Development Corporation (Lift CDC), a nonprofit serving youth aging out of foster care. Through this mission, he helps prepare housing and guides youth as they step into independence as young adults, whether they are moving into a program home, finding their first apartment, or building the skills they need to thrive. Helping to lift lives in this way is one of the most meaningful parts of the work he does.
