Jean Martin

I’m Jean Martin. For the last 26 years I have worked and lived in real estate. My entire family is involved in real estate in one way or another. Monopoly gets pretty cutthroat at our house.

I am a broker, associate at Exit Realty Tri-County in Mount Dora, Florida. We are an all-service real estate company. My area of expertise is Property Management, Community Association Management, and sales, although I am experienced in all areas of real estate services.

I have managed as many as 175 sales agents, and over seen 18 property managers, 2600 tenants, 400 seasonal properties, and 1200 residential and commercial units. I know the dos and don’ts of the business.

I always think I have seen everything. This is why I love real estate because you have never seen everything. There is always something new to learn. I love when I manage to solve the unsolvable. The reward is a happy, thankful, lifetime customer.

My home is my haven. I love to be in my home, reading, cooking, spending time with family. For me there is nothing more important than family, home, community and everything it represents. To be able to give that to my customers, well, there is nothing else like it.
