James Carragher

Jim Carragher has been in the real estate industry for over 36 years. Not only is he an experienced salesperson, Jim also takes the initiative to get involved with the real estate industry in many other capacities.

Jim served as Regional Director for the Atlantic Region on the CREA Board of Directors 2014-2018. In 1996 Jim was first elected as a Director to the PEIREA 1996-1998. Ten years later Jim was once again elected as a Director and, from 2009 to 2010 he was Vice-President of the Association. Jim was elected President from 2010-2014. In addition to his work with the Association, Jim has served on many committees including Chair of the Rules and Regulations Committee, a PAC Committee Member, Discipline & Ethics and Finance to name a few. Jim was also involved with teaching the Provincial Real Estate Pre-Licensing course as well as facilitating Real Estate leadership courses on a national level.
