I'm also in the Top 1% of ALL agents Nationwide, Tope 2% in Harford County & rank in the Top 3 in my Division that covers 4 states & has over 1500 agents!
2. References - As agents, we're only as good as our clients say we are. But I'll go even further than that. If you'd like, I'll be happy to provide clients that I'm actually working with right now. Either Buyers that I'm working with currently to find a home or Sellers that I have their home currently listed. I've never seen an agent offer this.
Real estate has changed. The way your home needs to be marketed has changed. You as the Buyer or Seller are much more aware & informed about what's going on in the market. Agents no longer are the only ones that have the information. Most agents don't like this. I LOVE IT! I want you to be informed. This way we work together to get you the very best deal for you & your family.
Yes . . real estate has changed. Things must be done differently. So make sure you're working with an agent that does things differently too.
