About Erica

Hello, my name is Erica, a local resident of Farmington, NM for most of my life and a lover of all the beautiful sunsets, various activities and culture that New Mexico has to offer. In my journey of living in the area I have had the pleasure of raising my family in this beautiful mountainous dessert where we spend a lot of time riding our bikes through one of the many trails in the area, frisbee golfing or venturing over to Colorado for a day of fun. For as long as I can remember I have had a passion for real estate, so it comes as no surprise my passion has now become my expertise. In fact, most of my free time is spent managing and expanding my real estate portfolio alongside designing and remodeling various homes. Having found a passion for real estate much earlier in life than becoming a licensed agent my all-around knowledge of buying, selling, building, and even leasing sets me apart. I have had a steady eye on the market and have watched various trends over the years empowering me with knowledge and confidence in my practices. Additionally, as an investor myself, I have been through the buying and selling process more times than the average person. This has enabled me to guide my clients not only professionally but emotionally and contractually.
