I am Beth Smith, Broker of EXIT Town & Lake Realty, in Bracey and South Hill Virginia. I began my adventure in real estate in 1987. My specialties are homes in Southside VA as well as on and around beautiful Lake Gaston in both NC & VA. Being a homeowner on Lake Gaston, I am very familiar with the entire lake. I enjoy being involved in many civic originations, Lake Gaston Chamber, South Hill Revitalization Committee, and being Chairman for CMH/VCU Winterfest Committee are others groups I am proud to be a part of.
