To the exploring the homes and looking behind every door. All the way to the closing table when they finally get the keys is one of the best feelings I get to experience.
I also enjoy helping people move on the the next stage, when they are ready to list their home. This is a time of a bunch of questions. If I don't have the answer, I have multiple resources to find it.
