About Denise
Hello,welcome to my site. Let me introduce myself. I was raised in St-Leonard NB and moved to Moncton in September 1992 to study at the Université de Moncton. I was a young lady determined to face the world and start experiencing what the world had to offer. I was raised by beautiful parents who were business people who showed me at an early age that being a dependable and trustworthy individual was key in any business and a way of life. Over the years, I have experienced jobs in many industries; customer service, insurance, trucking and sales and I believe the key ingredients to being successful is to be ethical, to have integrity, to always take responsibility for your own actions and be down to earth.
In February 2003, I became a newly licensed Realtor in the Greater Moncton area offering bilingual service to all my clients. Eager to learn, and determined to be successful, I went in with both feet and have never looked back. I mostly concentrate on residential properties in the Greater Moncton area which includes Moncton, Dieppe, Riverview and all outskirts. I also do vacant land, commercial and new construction.
Over the years, I have gained great knowledge of the Real Estate Industry and I make it my responsibility to guide each of my clients in the right direction, to give them the tools they need and the right contacts to proceed with the biggest purchase they will ever make. When I work with you, I give you my undivided attention, I give you the expertise you need and when in doubt, I dont let you proceed until I know you are comfortable with your purchase or sale. My career has been based on quality, service and respect for my clients.
I am very proud to say that over the years, I have won many awards. Since 2010 I have been in the top 100 Exit Realtors in North America which I am very proud of, however none of it would be possible without my dedicated clients and friends who believe and trust me. I say a big thank you to all, the referral of a friend is the biggest compliment you can give me!
