Debra Sayer

Debra Sayer, known as Debbie, is the Owner and Broker of Record of EXIT Realty Connections. Her corporate office is located in Hackettstown, Warren County, with additional locations throughout northern New Jersey. Debbie brings “Good Old-Fashioned Service to Your Hometown!”

Debbie was born and raised in Independence Township, attended Hackettstown High School, Lebanon Valley College and earned a Master's Degree in Instrumental Music from Trenton State College. She is a retired public-school teacher from Warren Hills Middle School in Washington, New Jersey where her students excelled throughout the tri-state area and were a model student group for Manhattan School of Music's graduate program.

Debbie resides in Blairstown and takes great pride in her family. She has two children and her beloved late husband, John Sayer who was a well-respected mason contractor. Debbie's daughter, Adison Evans, is a world-class musician. Adison was a professor at Julliard by age 21, she received her undergraduate degree at Julliard School of the Arts & her graduate degree from Manhattan School of Music. Adison has toured with both Beyonce and Jay-Z, and has shared the stage with artists including, Stefon Harris, Christian McBride, Terence Blanchard, Wynton Marsalis, Demi Lovato, Trisha Yearwood, Nicki Minaj, and many more. Adison's first album Hero was named the 14th best jazz album of 2016 and released her second album Meridian in 2018.

Debbie is dedicated to the revitalization and growth of Hackettstown. She, alongside her agents at EXIT Realty Connections, is dedicated to servicing all your real estate needs throughout the Northern New Jersey area.
