Deborah McMannis

My husband and I moved to Asheville in 2005 from Michigan where I also worked as a licensed Realtor. Working as a Realtor in two states has given me an insight into the dynamics of real estate and its many moving parts that provide powerful benefits to my clients and friends. As a Licensed Realtor at Exit Realty Experts, I specialize in luxury home marketing and seller/buyer representation, leveraging my credentials and extensive real estate experience. My mission is to provide exceptional service and value to my clients, whether they are buying or selling their dream homes.

In addition, I am on the Board of Directors for Friends of Madison County Animals and oversee their website. I have a background in sales, marketing, graphic design, illustration, and freelance writing, which enables me to create compelling and effective marketing materials, strategies, and campaigns for my listings. I am proficient in Adobe products, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Google AdWords. 

As a lifelong learner, I have a passion for gardening, horseback riding, fine art and photography. I enjoy collaborating with other professionals and learning new skills to enhance my performance and deliver results.
