My Name is  Deborah Lapointe, I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent that is a member in good standing with the  Dutchess County Association of Realtors (DCAR), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). I am a Certified Real Estate Negotiator, Certified Real Estate Buyers Agent, Certified Real Estate Listing Agent, Luxury Home Certified, and I earned my RCS-D Designation (Real Estate Collaboration Specialist Divorce) so I can better understand the Real Estate needs and challenges of those going through a tough time, I am originally from Long Island and moved up to Dutchess County 13 years ago and bought our home in the beautiful town of Rhinebeck NY.  I Love living in the Hudson Valley and enjoy all the wonderful amenities it has to offer. My extended family has lived up here for over 30 years, so I am very familiar with not only Dutchess County but, Columbia and Ulster county as well. The Hudson valley is a treasure with its gorgeous mountains and small Norman Rockwell like towns and wonderful warm welcoming people, once you visit you will not want to leave. I love nature and animals of any kind and since I moved up to the Hudson Valley have found the wonderful hobby of Birding. The array of birds up in this region is amazing, and on any given day I get to see at least 10 to 15 different species in my own back yard, not to mention the deer, red fox, turkeys, chipmunks and more.
