I developed my passion for Real Estate soon after coming back to California in 1984. It was an exciting time with a booming high tech sector and booming real estate values. In fact, I got my license just prior to the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake. Some say the two events were coupled in a strange way. As part of Cornish & Careys original class of new agents I became the first to earn the Cornish & Carey Golden Wings as a graduate of their two week long training program. In the first 3 months I listed more than 20 properties and was honored within the C&C infrastructure.
Subsequently, I worked for Coldwell Banker and on several occasions became agent of the month for total dollar production and was a member of the Presidents Club. During this time I became the President of the San Jose Real Estate Boards Computer User Group and implemented a host of programs and applications of Real Estate Technology within the MLS system. In my final month of my 4 year career at Coldwell Banker I became their top agent for the quarter with over 10 transaction legs in my final month.
In the intervening years I returned to the High Tech industry within Silicon Valley and worked for several technology players with the final stint being 14 years with Hewlett Packard. There I attained the position of Dir. Business Development Western Region within HPs Services Division.
I returned to my true passion, Real Estate, after leaving HP. I joined my wife and partner at Exit Realty Keystone and have been developing the lead generation, systems and programs needed to sustain what I believe will be a high volume business in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. In the last 10 months weve closed nearly $10 million in real estate sales.
Recently, weve enlarged our scope to include commercial Real Estate and investment properties providing full service investment analysis and support.
