Since my first day in Real Estate (September 11, 2001) I have worked under the great names in the industry. I ran a foreclosure department under John Ward and First American Bank for years and saw from a bank's perspective the real value in Real Estate and how to manage it. To the penny.

I spoke on stage with the finest trainers in the business with Tom Hopkins, teaching how to be a better Broker. Over time, I developed a 77 step plan for everyone to follow, so every step is seen and done. I even wrote a book for Home Buyers, explaining the steps, why they have an order to it, and explain the jargon mortgage professionals and attorneys use all the time. I see it as more layers of experience you need in today's market.

I am proud to be the Managing Broker for EXIT Realty out here in Indiana and a member of multiple Boards of Realtors. I was there when we created the SFR designation for REALTORS. I've served on the Indianapolis' and Chicagoland Grievance Committees, policing our own and keeping order in our industry.
