For 2 decades, I worked in management and leadership, where I learned the importance of service, strategy, and creating memorable experiences. Most recently, I managed a busy Starbucks store, balancing the fast pace of operations with the personal connections that turned customers into a community. That same blend of discipline, warmth, and results-driven leadership now fuels my work in real estate.
