About Cheri
Cheri Spinazzola has been in real estate for 32 years. She owned her own real estate firm as well as working in commercial real estate in Tennessee and Florida for more than 20 years.
Cheri was General Manager of Opry Mills Mall for 5 years and helped open this 1.2 million square foot mall in 2000. She had 75 employees and oversaw the entire property which included 250 retail stores.
Cheri holds the Tennessee Broker Real Estate License, PMN, AHWD, Certified Property Manager® designation in 1998 through the Institute of Real Estate Management as well as the designation of Real Property Administrator through the Building Owners and Managers Institute, PMN through Women's Council of Realtors, and Certified Listing Expert.
Cheri Spinazzola was the 2021 Tennessee State President of Women's Council of REALTORS and the 2017 President of the Knoxville Network.
Cheri is also the singer of a rock band and performs often, which is why she is called the ROCKIN REALTOR!!!
