Chad Coker

A strategic and proactive property professional, Chad brings expertise from commercial property management and self storage management to his new role as a real estate affiliate broker with EXIT Realty Refined, a trusted and people-focused firm serving Gallatin and greater Sumner County. Recently welcomed to the team, he’s poised to amplify its reputation for integrity, dedication, and community commitment.

Chad’s prior experience includes managing multi-site operations for multiple self-storage companies, where he led occupancy growth, streamlined marketing and follow-up processes, and elevated online presence through Local SEO and review strategies. He delivered measurable improvements in sales conversions, reduced unrentable inventory, and sustained strong teams—even amid major workforce turnover.

Chad holds multiple academic credentials—from an MA to a BA in Management and Human Relations, and an AAS in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. On the certification front, he's a Certified Self-Storage Manager (2024), a Certified Team Supervisor (2022), Lean Six Sigma White Belt (2021), and now has a Affiliate Broker Real Estate License in Tennessee (2025).
