After serving 22 years in the U.S. Navy, CW Phipps brought his lifelong commitment to integrity, precision, and service into real estate. He began his second career as a Licensed Realtor® in 2017 while still on active duty, and transitioned to full-time real estate in 2019 following his retirement from Naval Service. Today, CW serves Jacksonville and Northeast Florida as a trusted real estate advisor with EXIT 1 Stop Realty.

A native of the Ozarks, CW launched his Navy career in 1997 as an Aviation Structural Mechanic at Naval Air Station Cecil Field, Florida. Over the next two decades, he completed nine deployments across the Mediterranean, Atlantic, and Pacific regions, earning recognition for leadership, accountability, and attention to detail. He concluded his distinguished service as the Commodore’s Lead Airframes Advisor for the MH-60R Seahawk community at Naval Station Mayport.

Those same values now define his real estate practice. Guided by the philosophy that “bad news doesn’t get better with time,” CW believes in transparency, education, and honest guidance at every stage of the buying and selling process.
