Carmella Sidote

Carmella Sidote is a full time licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Exit Realty connections. Prior to her real estate career, Carmella owned and operated Carmella's Little Stars Child Day Care.  Several years later, her managerial expertise along with her caring nature led her to a career in medical management.  Today, Carmella's creativity, enthusiasm and desire to make people happy is perfect for matching her client's to their dream home, as well as skillfully featuring a homes unique presence and character.

A long time resident of Dutchess County, Carmella sells residential and commercial properties in Dutchess, Ulster, Putnam, Orange and Sullivan County.

Carmella enjoys taking a direct, hands on approach with her clients and is well supported by her superb office support staff and team at Exit Realty Connections. She understands that buying and/or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions in a person's life and views representation and guidance of her clients through this process as a true privilege.  She believes REALTORS® have an obligation to be well educated to provide the level of service and protection her clients deserve.  Carmella is consistently furthering her knowledge and expertise in all areas of Real Estate.  

Carmella is a member in good standing of the local Association of REALTORS®DCAR, New York State Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS® in addition to the Mid Hudson and Greater Hudson Valley Multiple Listing Services (MLS). 

When Carmella is not busy helping clients she enjoys trying new restaurants, shopping, visiting wineries, hiking or just relaxing at home with her family.
