My husband, Jacob, and I work together as a real estate team. Real estate has been a passion of ours for a LONG time- 10+ years in fact. We became REALTORS because we really wanted to use our passion to help our friends in their real estate adventures! In college, we bought our first house- a foreclosure that needed significant work! Living in that house while we renovated it has since led us into many more real estate adventures and opportunities. We've been through it all- the process of being first time home buyers, "moving up" into our dream home, investments including long and short term rentals (Airbnb and VRBO), commercial buildings, renovations, and restorations.
