About Audrey
My name is Audrey Pospeschil (Downing) and I am a licensed Real Estate Agent with EXIT Realty HGM. I primarily serve the Rock County area, where I was born and raised. In addition, I am the Transaction Coordinator for EXIT Realty HGM. In this position, I help our agents throughout their transactions by communicating necessary information, coordinating deadlines, and ensuring essential documents are compliant. Being a Transaction Coordinator has given me an additional perspective on how to work through each unique transaction.
I have always loved the thought of turning a house into a home. Helping someone find a property that fits them and their needs is extremely rewarding. I take pride in navigating the entire process with my clients, leaving no question unanswered. In addition to providing attentive service, making genuine connections with others is truly my favorite part of being a Realtor!
