I am a Licensed Realtor with the state of Texas since 2007. I have lived in the Ft. Hood/Killeen area since 1993 by way of military. I enjoy helping make dreams come true by putting the needs of my clients first. I am a certified first time home-buyer specialist with the city of Killeen. I have experience in short-sales, forclosure, and new construction. I have experience in listings and my negotiation skills are impeccable for both buyer and seller. My education and training include completion of the fast track training, boot camp for buyers/sellers, ABR (accredited buyers representative), and online course with Exit online University. I specialize in educating my clients about the housing market and making informed decisions condusive for their individual needs. I am a sponsor and trainer for new and upcoming realtors. I have sponsored and have had a vested interest in the training and growth of more then 8 Realtors at our company. I am the chief instructor (recruiter/traininer) for our weekly real estate classes held at our company. I am an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and enjoy embracing the community and surrounding areas of Ft. Hood/Killeen.
