Jo Netta Terry

As a longtime Birmingham resident with a passion for helping others, I recognize and value the trust and social connection that is developed when working with a client and I work diligently to maintain that reputation. Originally from Gadsden, I moved to Birmingham in 1992 and spent the next three decades as an administrator for schools in Jefferson County District of Birmingham, AL. After a rewarding career as an educator, I wanted to give back to the community which has served my family so well. Given the incredible opportunity to help others, coupled with my teaching experience, real estate seemed a natural fit. I am proud to be a part of the Exit Elite Realty team; a company with a reputation in the community as a people-oriented business.  I thoroughly enjoy assisting sellers, buyers, and investors in the Trussville, St. Clair and surrounding areas of Birmingham, AL.
