During my successful sixteen-year career in Residential and Commercial Interior Design I became passionate about transforming environments into functional spaces, integrating beauty and comfort, valuing the use of reclaimed materials, and personalizing each project to reflect the client?s style. As a business administrator in this field, I learned the value of integrity and precision. I transitioned to the position of Interior Designer, which strengthened my love for the art of living and my ability to connect with clients. As a Brazilian-American citizen, my experiences in two countries fill my heart with admiration for both. After settling permanently in San Antonio in 2020, I enthusiastically began my journey in Real Estate. My education: Licensed under the Texas Real Estate Commission TREC (2023); Post graduate degree in Design Strategy, Brazil/Italy, Faculdade Avila in partnership with the Institute Europeo di Design in Milan, Italy (2012); Post graduate degree in Furniture Design, Brazil, UEMG ? State University of Minas Gerais (2009); Post graduate degree in Lighting and Interior Design, Brazil, IPOG-MG/FOC ? Faculdade Oswaldo Cruz (2008); Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Brazil, University Salgado de Oliveira (2005); and Technician?s License in Interior Design, Brazil, SENAC-Goiás (2004).
I recently joined EXIT Premier Realty, a brokerage company with over 30 years of experience in San Antonio, Texas. I feel certain that my design background, combined with the high-tech, people first philosophy of EXIT, will result in a positive experience for my clients and an outstanding solution to their real estate needs.
As a realtor, my commitment is to add value to every business experience with expertise acquired throughout my career as an Interior Designer. My desire is to incorporate my passion for the quality of living well with the best real estate resolution.
