My name is Melisa "Lisa" Selby. I was born in Jacksonville , Florida and raised in Clay County. I am a Middleburg High School Graduate. My husband and I raised our children in Clay County . This is definetly my home!
I have 12 years combined experience in mortgage and real estate. I was an broker/owner of Advanced Florida Mortgage for 10 years.
I am proud to assist first time home buyers especially ,because of my knowledge of mortgages. I can assist every step of the way offereing tips to improve credit.
Having a vast knowledge of many communities in the Jacksonville area , I am taking on a new challenge by expanding my market to the Daytona Beach area beginning 2019. My husband and I have a second home in Ormond.
