Lynn Sullivan is an award winning, full time REALTOR® who has been making her clients dreams a reality for almost 5 years. Based in Crossville, TN, Lynn is the expert to help you with all your home buying and selling needs in Crossville, Fairfield Glade, Sparta, Clarkrange and the surrounding areas. Specializing in first time homebuyers, luxury homes, and bank owned properties, her multi-faceted expertise is of great benefit to her clients.

Lynn earned a Bachelors degree in Interior Design from The College of New Jersey and Teacher certification in Math and English from Mercer University that provided the solid background on which her career is built.
Having lived in many parts of the country such as Chicago, Illinois, Burlington Vermont, Atlanta, GA and Princeton, NJ, she has a strong ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds and understands the needs and concerns of relocating clients. Her dedication to service and work ethic has earned her many awards throughout the years. Lynn has had the honor of receiving Million Dollar Producer, Top Producer, and Miss Go Give.
Lynn is a member of Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS®, Tennessee Association of REALTORS®, and National Association of REALTORS®(KAAR, TAR, AND NAR), in addition to the Knoxville Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Lynn feels that being a REALTOR® is about more than joining professional associations, she believes REALTORS® should be involved in their communities as well. Lynn has served her community in many capacities from Avalon Center Volunteer to Meals and More, and others. She and EXIT Realty also support Habitat for Humanity and to date have donated over $2.25 Million to charity and built over 15 Habitat Homes.
In Lynns free time, she enjoys singing in a local music group, Emory Bluff Band, camping in the Smoky Mountains of Gatlinburg, and relaxing on the sandy beaches of Gulf Shores.
