I'm Carol Blawn, co-owner of EXIT Beach Realty and a top producing real estate agent who services the Ormond Beach Area.  I'm not that different from you. I am a wife, mother, grandmother and consumer. I understand the importance of value and seeing anything I do through. I try very hard to lead by example and have built my small 1 office to 3 offices with over 65 agents. Tom my husband is not only my partner in life, he has also helped us grow as a business. 

Throughout the years I have become one of the top listing agents in the Greater Daytona Beach area. My speciality is listing properties to sell! I have listed and sold over 14 million dollars in real estate in 2015.

In 2015 I was ranked #14 for number of sides/transactions. This was an International award by EXIT Realty Corp. International.  It was a honor to work with the buyers and sellers who put their property into my hands! 

It was announced that I was ranked 3rd in sales  in Volusia County by Real Trends. This was based on actual sales. 

My Experience:
I have listed and sold REO properties, bank owned homes and foreclosures. I have helped investors and home owners to sell their property with my unique marketing strategy.  Due to the number of BPO's I have done throughout my career, I have become an expert when it comes to pricing properties. 

I have obtained many real estate designations and taken additional training to serve my customers.
