Jarrett West is the Broker / Owner of EXIT Realty Magic City in Orlando Florida, specializing in homes in Orlando, Baldwin Park, Winter Park and Winter Garden and all of metro Orlando. Jarrett has personally directed the sale of over 1,500 single family residences.

For over 15 years, he has risen to become a leader in renovations and existing home resales. He confidently navigates all Central FL housing markets. With 2 school aged children in St James Cathedral School, coach of the SWARM Lacrosse club, feeder team to BMHS, Jarrett knows neighborhoods, public and private schools, shopping and the uniqueness of this community!

Jarrett has personally given much to charities including countless hours for the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (www.VAREP.net). A passionate advocate for military veterans, this 501c3, focuses on educating the RE industry on benefits of the VA home loan, a widely misunderstood program. As inaugural FL St Director for 5 years Jarrett recruited and managed 6 BODs in 6 cities to help carry out the mission which, along with Wells Fargo and Bank of America, donated over 25 homes to worthy vets.
