My objective is not merely to help you buy or sell a home.  My primary objective is to do such an exemplary job that you will proactively refer me to all of your friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers for all of their real estate needs. In order to accomplish this, I must earn your trust and confidence that I am a competent, caring, and trustworthy professional who doesn't just work to earn a paycheck but always goes the extra mile by putting your interests first.

I have an extensive track record of success and work almost exclusively By Referral as my clients have come to realize the value I bring to the process. Working exclusively By Referral means I focus all of my time, energy, and focus on MY CLIENTS, rather than prospecting for the next client as most other agents do.

When not working, I spend my time with my family at our home in Clive. My wife, Connie, and I have 3 young sons. We're very active in youth sports:  little league baseball, flag football, basketball, and enjoy family camping trips, fishing, swimming, tubing, riding bikes, and other outdoor activities. I'm also very active in my local community having been appointed to the Clive City Council in 2010 and re-elected in 2011 & 2015 to 4 year terms.
