My name is Sonia Adams.  I joined Exit Community Realty because it said in its name what I feel is the most important aspect of real estate, the Community.   I specialize in helping buyers and sellers in the Southern Maryland area to include, but not limited to, Upper Marlboro, Waldorf, Bowie, Charles County, Brandywine, and the District of Columbia achieve the dream of homeownership.  I know with my training and the whole force of Exit Community Realty behind me, that dream can become a reality.

Before joining Exit, I studied Business Administration at the University of the District of Columbia.  I worked as Master Barber/Instructor for 34 years.  My experience in this field taught me patience, discipline, money management skills and communication skills.  These skills prove valuable to me as I moved forward to also obtain licensing in Cosmetology, Child Development, and Testing Proctor for the District of Columbia Barber Board.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy the time spent with my family.  I am very family motivated and I take that motivation with me to provide the best experience possible for all my clients.  My slogan is Own Your Own Home; I believe everyone should and can own their own home and I will do everything it takes to make sure that happens.  I look forward to working with you and bring the most to your home buying experience
