As a lifelong resident of Central Kentucky, Im not sure theres a better place to live, work or raise children than right here in the heart of the Bluegrass state! Thats why I take a special pride in serving every client looking to sell or buy a home in Kentucky with excellence, competence and integrity!
I grew up in the Lexington area and my wife is from Bowling Green. I met her when she was a student at U.K. We eventually married and established our home in Frankfort, Ky where she taught public school as an elementary educator and I served on staff in pastoral ministry at a local church where I was ordained as a minister. We have 3 children: Our son and daughter-in-law, who live and work in Cincinnati, and our daughter who we adopted in 2009 from China. We also have an affectionate and active labradoodle we love named, Heidi.
23 years later, we now call Versailles, Ky home and absolutely love our community! Its the perfect proximity between my wife and daughters school in Lexington and our hometown of Frankfort. In fact, while I can serve clients in any county in Kentucky, I primarily focus on the areas of Versailles, Midway and Frankfort. Each of these cities have their own unique culture and characteristics that make them great places to live, work and play!
Having served in pastoral ministry for over 22 years as well as working for a season in the area of financial and Member services for one of the Commonwealths leading Credit Unions, I've gained a myriad of skills and competencies that I carry over into every Real Estate relationship. My strategy as your agent is simple and effective:
· I carefully ASSESS each clients individual and unique needs
· I skillfully APPLY the latest marketing tools, strategies and resources available to our Exit Team (local/national)
· I strive to ACHIEVE optimal results for my clients
