Karla Jusko

Karla is a REALTOR and has been in business since 2007.  With a background in teaching and education, Karla believes teaching her clients about each individual real estate transaction has been the key to growing her business.  Her clients often work with her for multiple transactions.  She has a reputation for tirelessly protecting her clients interests. A South Jersey native, Karla takes pride in her community knowledge and expertise throughout many towns and communities in Gloucester, Camden, Cumberland, Atlantic and Salem counties.  Karla has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors, renters, and banks, in both the residential and commercial market.  She is passionate about solving problems, and will work hard to find the solution that best fits each and every client, even for the most exacting buyer or seller.

She is enthusiastic about home staging and listing preparation, and works with sellers to best showcase their property to prospective buyers. She is a strong negotiator, who is not only willing to utilize local market statistics and traditional purchasing techniques, but an out of the box thinker, willing to go the extra mile to ensure her buyer is able to purchase that perfect dream property.

She is the recipient of numerous top sales volume and gross commission awards, and she is a consumer credit expert. 

In addition to her career in real estate, Karla is a busy mom of three. She also volunteers as the head coach of her local elementary school chapter of FIRST JR. Lego League/South Jersey Robotics. Her hobbies include, cooking, reading, exercising, gardening, and spending time with her children.
