Marshall Smith

Originally from Riverview, N.B. Marshall was transferred to Halifax in 2010 due to occupational transfer from the Army to the Navy. Immediately falling in love with the HRM, Marshall decided this was where he wanted to be and bought a house in Governors Brook Estates, Spryfield. Releasing from the Military in 2018, Marshall turned his passion and excitement about Halifax into a career by transitioning into the real estate industry, recently joining Exit Realty Metro.

 

A 13-year career in the military means that Marshall has moved several times and has also been involved in buying new home construction. He understands the intricacies of military moving, first time home buying, and new construction. A believer in continuing education, Marshall is finishing is Bachelor of Technology this year and is ready to incorporate the newest technological ideas into smoothly closing successful transactions for his clients.
