Im Patricia Leaders and have been in the business of Real Estate for the past 30 years and have enjoyed a prosperous career. I am an accomplished REALTOR® with a wide range of knowledge of the real estate market here in Phelps County that includes Rolla, St. James and surrounding areas. Myself and my daughter, Amanda Pogue, opened EXIT Realty Team Leaders in 2005 to be able to extend our expertise to YOU.

As a REALTOR, I am dedicated to ongoing education in my field by using technology and keeping constant eyes on the mortgage industry. With this experience I can help you sell and/or purchase property for the right price, negotiate, work with underwriters and close the transaction. 

My expertise includes several designations that help with educating myself in various fields. Such as: ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), and several others. 

About Me:I grew up in the south side of St. Louis, MO.  My husband, a Phelps County Regional Medical Center executive, and I moved to Rolla, Mo. in 1990 and have made it our home. We love it here! I also have four children of whom I am very proud.

I love scrapbooking, playing golf, and playing with my grandchildren.  I enjoy being a member of St. Patricks Church, Rolla Chamber of Commerce, and the South Central Board of Realtors®.
