Eli Rozier, Jr.

A native of the Durham N.C., Eli M. Rozier Jr. earned a B.S. degree in Financial Management from the University of South Carolina and his Masters in Real Estate Development from Auburn University. Eli is a licensed real estate professional in Florida and Georgia. Over the past 20 years, Eli has owned, rehabilitated, and developed residential real estate while integrating a variety of businesses with different cultures and business practices including the sale of a flourishing x-ray company. In his role as President/Owner of The Avail Group, he has established a vision of excellence for the company.In May of 2015, Eli earned his Masters in Real Estate Development from Auburn University. This program concentrated on commercial real estate principles while focusing on LEED construction.  Eli and his wife, Debbie, currently reside in Jacksonville, Florida with their four daughters: Liz, Paige, Hope, and Eve. He enjoys watching his kids play competitive sports in his free time.
