About Terri
I have been selling real estate full-time in the Shawano area since 1987. I began my Real Estate career with Country Aire Realty, which took on the Century 21 franchise in 2006, and who was bought out by EXIT Elite Realty in 2016. I am VERY excited to now be a part of the EXIT Elite team with all that they offer!

I moved to Shawano in 1978, right after college, and have made this my home. I became involved in several local events including the Shawano Folk Festival, Northern Exposure, and I served on the Shawano Arts Council. I have also been very active in the Shawano Area Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Board of Directors from 1998 to 2003, and I was President of the Chamber in 2001. During that time, I served on several committees, including the Membership Committee, Events Committee, and Building Task Force Committee, to name a few, in addition to being a Chamber Ambassador. My husband and I were active in Civil Air Patrol - 248th Tac Air Senior Squadron from 2003 through 2007.
Throughout the years, I have received the following awards:
1987 - "Rookie" of the year Award
1994 - Shawano Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador of the Year Award
2006 - Wisconsin Wing - Civil Air Patrol Public Affairs Officer of the Year Award
2008 & 2015 - Century 21 Emerald Masters Award
2011, 2012, 2013 - Century 21 Ruby Masters Award & Quality Service Award
Company Sales Associate of the Year Award for 23 years between 1990 & 2015
