Angie Short

Hello, my name is Angie Short. I was born and raised with two brothers in Waverly, TN. I am now blessed to be married to my husband, Hal, and raising our three children on a farm along the TN River in Waverly. I owned and operated my own business for 18 yrs prior to becoming a Realtor. Being married to a "fisherman" and a "hunter", I have gained knowledge of the land and water of Humphreys Co. The TN River is a vital asset to Humphreys and surrounding counties, whether industrial or recreational. Time spent on the river has expanded my understanding of lake properties, TVA guidelines and the levee system. Real estate is a full time career in which I can balance work and family! Being active within our community with our three kids is important to us. Knowledge of real estate and continuing education is important, but so is dependability, trustworthiness, and dedication. I realize in many cases a new resident needs more than a Realtor.... they need a friend. I have experience from commercial business and residential to lake and farms.
