About Genna
My name is Genna Fleming and I am a full time REALTOR® with EXIT 1 Stop Realty in Dunkirk, MD. I specialize in the sale and purchase of properties in Prince George's, Calvert and Anne Arundel Counties, including the cities of Lanham, Bowie, Upper Marlboro, Crofton and Lothian. I apply extensive experience marketing and selling homes, assisting buyers, and negotiating to every transaction. My multi-faceted expertise is of great benefit to my clients, as I am able to fully educate my clients to help them make the best decisions for their needs.
Southern Maryland has been my home since birth and I grew up in Chesapeake Beach, in Calvert County Maryland. I was in the third graduating class from the (then) new Huntingtown High School and later moved north of Calvert to Lothian. I graduated from the University of Maryland in 2011 with a Bachelors Degree in Plant Science and went on to work in the Department of Botany of the National Museum of Natural History, a part of the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C. As much as I loved what I did (free behind the scenes tours anyone?), it was a very lonely sitting in an office all day long. Sometimes your passion finds you, not the other way around! After three years, I realized I needed to go back to my real estate roots and get back to the joy of helping people. I am currently the Secretary and a skating member of Southern Maryland Roller Derby in Waldorf, MD and love to give back to my community in my spare time.
