Katelyn Rodas

Katelyn was born on the east coast, but lived most of her life in Ottawa, Ontario. In 2009, Katelyn returned to Charlotte County to raise her family. She pursued a degree in Event Management and became certified through WPIC, starting her business K. Bella Wedding & Event Planning. She thrived in the industry, working mainly in St. Andrews NB with high-end clients from across Canada and the United States. Eventually however, she developed a passion for real estate and pursued her license to practice within the Exit Realty Charlotte County brokerage.

Katelyn is highly knowledgeable in regard to the real estate market in the Charlotte County area (St. Stephen, St. Andrews, St. George and the Islands). She is motivated, extremely hard-working and dedicated to ensuring that her clients are able to achieve their goals whether they are buying or selling in our beautiful area.

In 2021, Katelyn sold 13.4 MILLION in volume throughout our region. Her knowledge of both rural and urban perspectives and trends will also highly assist you with all property related purchase and sales needs.
