My name is Bob Baird. I am a professional Realtor, the  Supervising Broker for EXIT Realty Expertise's office in Dahlgren, VA and am a Notary Public in the Commonwealth of Virginia.  I hold designations and/or certifications in Organizational Management, as an Accredited Buyers Representative, a Seller Representative Specialist, a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, a Pricing Strategy Advisor, and a Military Relocation Professional.  In addition, I have completed training the At Home With Diversity (AHWD)  training program and participate in the Realtors Commitment to Excellence Program (C2EX). Specializing in helping people with their real estate needs in King George, Westmoreland, Caroline, Dahlgren, Colonial Beach, Fredericksburg, Stafford, and Spotsylvania, I have facilitated hundreds of successful transactions.

I have over 40 years of experience providing top notch sales, marketing, and customer service support to consumers. I am active in my church, my community, am a notary public, an officer of election, Vice-Chairman of the King George Historical Society, Vice-Chairman of the King George County Tourism Advisory Committee, and Chairman of the King George Board of Equalization.

My wife, daughter and I have been blessed to have been able to live in Virginia all our lives. A native of King George, I attended King George County Schools and Virginia Tech. Although job and family needs have resulted in moves across the state. I have always been drawn back to my roots here in the historic Northern Neck of Virginia. I know the Northern Neck. I know its history. I know its culture. I know where you need to go for recreation, goods, and services. I know the local real estate market.
