Janna Kinnard

Born and raised in south Texas for most of my childhood, I have an honest appreciation for Middle Tennessee and its vivid 4 seasons we get to experience each year. My Texas roots are dear to my heart, but an Autumn in Tennessee is as beautiful as it gets! In 2009, my husband and I decided to move out of Nashville and get back to the rural area we wanted to raise our family in. My passion for real estate comes from living in so many wonderful areas in and around Nashville. From 100+ acre Farms to Condos in West Nashville and everything in between...I want to help each and every client of mine find their perfect HOME.

I am proud to serve the areas of Hickman, Dickson, Williamson, Humphreys, Cheatham, Lewis, Maury, Rutherford, and Davidson counties; with a special concentration in Hickman & Dickson counties. Being in real estate for over 5 years now, I absolutely love what I do. First time home buyer, investment property, recreational land, upsizing or downsizing, retirees, new to Tennessee...Your goals & dreams become mine and well strive together as a team to accomplish them.
