Dave Townsend has been a real estate agent in the Middle TN area since 2014. He first came to Middle TN in 1993 where he attended and graduated from Columbia Central High School. After high school he received a degree in Music Education from Tennessee Tech University and taught band programs in Middle and East Tennessee for the next seven years.
After spending time in East TN Dave and his wife Jenny moved back to Maury County just before the birth of their second of five children. He created a gardening website learned about the online world of Search Engine Optimization. Dave eventually began a small side business growing and selling naturally grown plants at local farmers markets and became a brand ambassador for several nationally known home and garden retailers. He also became a manager for the Spring Hill Farmer's Market where local products were brought to the community.
In 2014 Dave became a liscenced real estate agent where he could help members of the community buy and sell homes. His passion is helping the horticulturaly inclined with getting their farms and homesteads started. To him it's not just about the property, it's also about connecting the client with people they need to know to be successful. In 2015 Dave began work in New Construction and worked with 6-7 different custom home builders.
Today Dave helps, buyers, sellers, builders, homesteaders, farmers, and anyone who needs real estate help in the Middle TN area. He assists people through the use of SEO, his education background, and his passion for land.
