Since moving back to the Lowcountry this year, after working in the New Home Sales and Development business in the Charlotte Market for the past ten years, I joined the sales team for EXIT Realty Hilton Head, Bluffton and Beaufort. I am uniquely qualified for this Lowcountry market. I lived on North Forest beach on Hilton Head Island from 1984 through 1997 and know the history of the area as well as many of the local business leaders. I now reside in Bluffton.

My real estate career is a balanced understanding of the Realtors discipline, including extensive New Home sales and development experience, working with large luxury corporate builders such as Toll Brothers in Charlotte and KB Homes in Raleigh. I was also a partner in a startup local builder in Charlotte, managing the sales team and marketing that rose to one of the largest builders in the Charlotte market. I have over 1000 successful transactions throughout my career.

I recognized the Bluffton, Hilton Head, and surrounding areas market opportunities as one of the strongest in the country. And it’s a bonus being back in the Lowcountry enjoying wonderful lifestyle that this area affords.
