Colleen McDanel

My name is Colleen McDanel I am a Real Estate Professional and high producing agent in the Fort Polk, Vernon, and Beaugard Parish. I have loved here for 20 years and enjoy being a active part of our community. I raised my two children here and now they are raising families of their own here. 

In my practice of Real Estate Inam well known for great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction: Buyers, sellers, cooperating agents. My approach to any transaction is this its about the people not the agent. During the years from 2012-2020 I helped over nearly 320 families purchase homes in Vernon, Beaugard and Sabine Parish. I know what it means to communicate and I know what it takes to successfully close a transaction making the buying or selling experience positive and seamless. 

Being prior military and a spouse for over 13 years to a service member I understand the needs and restraints a PCs move can cause I am here to help take those restraints off you and let you be able to focus on your family and needs of getting where your going while I handle your Real Estate transaction.
