Ian Wolf

Ian Wolf is the Broker and an owner of EXIT Realty Gold Service in Mountain Lakes, NJ with over 8 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. Prior to managing and owning EXIT Realty Gold Service he was employed by one of the largest builders in the country. There he specialized in new home sales and successfully sold over 200 homes in four different new home communities. He has sold with a specialized knowledge of each in 55 and older, townhomes, condo communities, mid rise communities, and new construction. His experience has made him well versed in contract negotiation, attorney reviews, coordinating closings, taking mortgage applications and assisting in program selection, while managing the construction process.

Additionally, Ian has been a real estate investor for 5 years. He has owned multi-family and single family rentals, has experience in lease options, rehab, short sales, with extensive knowledge in buying/listing homes in foreclosure. The above experience coupled with a Business Economics degree from Rutgers University make Ian an ideal asset to his real estate brokerage. His extensive knowledge of varying types of Real Estate transactions gives him the ability to cater to almost any client while providing a uniquely specialized level of service.
