Im Carlos Ennis and I have been a proud Realtor and Partner with Exit Realty in both SC and FL for a little over two years and I am glad that I made the switch! Having been licensed in Real Estate for over 16 years and working in the New Home Sales industry for 14 of them, I realized that it was time for a huge shift and Jae Kim, Broker/Owner with Exit Real Estate Solutions in SC made for a smooth transition.

My past Builder background includes Pulte Homes, D.R. Horton, KB Homes, Lennar Homes, Regional Builders in SC in which a tremendous amount of knowledge of Residential Construction and New Home Sales were acquired. Today I constantly practice all of that information which allows me to pass along my knowledge to my clients in order to help them make one of the biggest decisions of their lives, buying or selling a home.
