I had a wonderful career as a civilian for the Department of Defense, but that was not what I was passionate about doing. I had 15 years of Sales/Service, Marketing, and Contract Negotiation experience. I wanted to put that experience to use, doing something meaningful. That drive led me straight into Real Estate. And it is true what they say when you do what you love, youll never work another day in your life!

For my buyers I tailor searches specifically to their top priorities, and use the latest technologies to ensure they receive new listings that meet their criteria, as soon as they hit the market. For my sellers I conduct hyper local market analysis to assist them in pricing their house to get it sold for the most amount of money in the shortest amount of time. I create a personalized marketing plan for each of my listings based on the propertys unique features. I hire a professional photographer to shoot all of my listings. With nearly 90% of all houses sold, being found online, having the best pictures possible gives my sellers an instant advantage in this competitive market.
