Kristi Neidhardt

Named as one of Marylands top producing Realtors, Kristi has been creating raving fans of her real estate business since 2003. She is not only thoughtful, but also an expert negotiator, successful, energetic, proactive, and works from an ethic of looking out for her clients long term housing and financial needs. She has been recognized as the Top 1% of all Maryland Century 21 New Millennium Realtors, Top 1% of all Anne Arundel Country Realtors and Top 10 of all the Century 21 Mid Atlantic Realtors (MD, DE, PA, DC, VA, NJ) and Top 1% in sales volume in the USA.

Kristi was raised in Severna Park, and now lives in Annapolis with her husband, Chad (owner of Chads BBQ in Edgewater) and 2 dogs. She is an avid boater, advocate for the health of the Chesapeake Bay, has dedicated 8 years to non-profit fundraising and event management, and is a devoted member of Rotary and Woods Church.
